Great apartment! a real find

I moved into my 1 BR apartment here in March 2008. Originally I checked this place out about a year before and it was not so great. Since then the new management has made this a nice property. Full remodels with new appliances, counters, carpet, washer/dryer (at no extra fee), redone tile fireplaces, nice grounds, very thoughtful office staff, and effective maintenance. In previous aparment complexes I lived at in the area it was difficult to get them to actually solve the problems that cropped up with AC, icemakers etc; more of a trial and error method of repair. Here they were very effective in any problem I had to make it right. The Pool is not large, but nice and well maintained. Gym is also a little small, but has all new equipment. So far it has been a quiet place to live and my neighbors have been respectful. It seems that with this new management there is a real effort to make this place a good place to live, and at a VERY reasonable price. Little touches that they do, like birthday notes on your door, and a free "breakfast on the go" day have been nice thoughtful geastures to add a sense of community. Added bonuses are that its very convenient to 75 and 285. Restaurants and Grocery are also nearby. If you are looking for a place in the Windy Hill/Powers Ferry area, definatley check this place out
