You are guaranteed several things at Ashley Mills:
1. Arrogant or indifferent treatment from the "management" team when you have a problem. (front gate was broken for almost a year, but when you asked mgmt about it, they said it was extremely expensive to keep fixing the gate. What they didn't say was we'll adjust your rent since you've been paying for a gated community without the benefit of the gate
2. Unresponsive maintenance
3. Poor service with package delivery (they don't call you...when one arrives, they just hold it and hold it)
The apartments are in relatively good condition, but its the lack of service that will leave you blue in the face if you rent here.
I strongly recommend shopping around.
