We had a great experience with Ashley Mill Apartments. The Marietta location was convenient to both malls and 75, all our favorite restaurants, and most importantly, to our kitty}s vets. The management team was very helpful and supportive of our efforts to maintain their apt. while we lived there. They were very responsive, courteous, and helpful with maintenance issues. Their crew was always professsional, quick, and clean. Reasonably priced, and they kept up their beautiful landscaping. We caught many fish in their two lakes! The presence of their accessible resident patrol officer made us feel even safer in addition to their gates. The rent included the price of water, and a complimentary carpet cleaning was offered yearly when the lease was renewed.
