There may be new owners, but still the same lousy management. The managers still don't care. They just covered the horrible facede, painted the buildings puke green, put in new landscaping, but still have done nothing about the building and ammenities falling apart.

The gates haven't worked in two years, playground is a deathtrap. They may advertise two sparkling pools, but one is filled with green water and hasn't worked in 2 years, and the apartments are infested with ants and roaches, with rats running around the compactors, because they don't run them on the weekend.

The management is a joke, if their not smoking pot with all of the drug dealers they moved in, they're riding around all day on the golf cart and surfing the net while not answering the phone. The leasing staff if increadibly unprofessional and when you go into the office to pick up a package, they just throw the package at you, regardless if it's fragile or not.

Forget about complaining, if you complain to much, they will find a way to kick you out. It's not worth the hassle, run away and don't look back, the place is a death trap!
