The gate is always open, leaving all kinds of undesirables to come in and steal your tags of your car, looking to buy drugs, stray dogs terrorizing your children and God only knows what else.

The property is poorly kept, the police are here more times than necessary... just check with the local precinct, they'll tell you.

Numerous fires due to poor electrical wiring, which if doesn't burn down your unit will burn you pockets. The roaches are out of control...if the infestation doesn't get you the so-called harmless chemicals surely will.

Children out of control, sitting on your car, playing sports and riding bikes and wind up damaging your car.

The grounds are poorly kept, pools aren't open often due to sanctions being passed and being closed down due to health risks. Playground is a death trap.

Local shops closing down and leaving the area (Ingles closed the summer of 2006).

Move to a better property, it's not worth the hassle and trouble.
