Stop complaining. If you want 1000 a month services/living.. then pay for it.

First of all, if you only paid around 500 a month for rent (which is what I was paying), don't expect the world. I lived there for a year, I had no problems. I enjoyed it. The only reason why I wanted to move was because i needed to be closer into town. The staff was good, the residents were fine. Lots of children, but its a family complex. I had no issues. Never was broken into and never had a problem with the neighbors. In fact everyone was pretty nice. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I am guessing that since you paid only 500$ you lived in a 1 bedroom. All the one bedroom apartments are located in the newer section of the apartment complex up on the hill. These apartments are much newer and are in much better condition than the front apartments which are mostly 3 bedroom. Most of these apartments are so old they have problems that are beyond repair. AC units that are so old they bairly work at all, but my electric increased by 200$ a month if I ran it. They are infested and I mean infested with Bugs. My apartment was sprayed weekly and it did no good. I suspect that the cheap exterminator they contracted was watering down the spray because The supermarket foggers did more good than the extermeinator. The Three bedrooms also have more problems because you have a lot of large families with latch key kids and multipule families in one apartment. We had 3 families living in the apartment above us and the management did not care as long as they got their rent. My rent was cheap but so are all the apartments in this area. There is a huge supply of apartments and not all that much demand so the price is low all over. I did not see the price here as all that much lower than the competitors in the area and many of the apartments are much better. All I can say is thank God I only signed a 6 month lease because I was so happy to be able to move.

Actually I lived in the front in a 1 bedroom... in the older part. Honestly, I dont' know what the place is like now because that was a while ago. BUT I do know sometimes bug problems come from nasty neighbors and that does suck :(
