I have recently moved into Ashley Mills despite some of the negative views. I do like the community so far. The the playground, tennis court, and lake have provided things to do and enjoy. We do have some bugs but not overwhelming. I have seen alot worse as far as apartments go and I have not had any problems to justify some of these complaints.

I did not see some bugs. My apartment was infested from the day I moved in. I can not imagine anyone who just moved into an apartment to feel that any cockroaches are OK.
