I just moved in to Ashley Mill Apts. I have been living here for about 2 weeks and I cant get the Maintence Worker to come and fix all the Items on my move in discrepency List. I have been in contact with him. He has promised me to take care of all my problems. Yet that day has come and gone, with NO results. I think that this is a Good place to live, with Great Management. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. I just can't get the Maintence man in here to fix anything for me. I hope that day certainly comes soon.

I think you are just hitting the tip of the iceburg. The office staff was nice in the beginning, but trust me...they won't stay that way. I had issues with noises, loitering men peeing in the parking lot, neighbor intimidaton, and the maintaince list. The office staff and the security officer did NOTHING!!!! I filed a complaint 6 times and each time, it was ignored and just made me fear living there more. Good luck! You need to buy a house with the housing market in the shape it's in. :)
