I would Like to invite anyone interested in Viewing Ashley Mill to stop by and take a look at our new management and staff. We have undergone extensive changes. We have a 24 hour call center,to speak with a live representitive. Any problems are addressed within 24 hours. Please feel free to report any concerns to the office, call center or through our resident drop box! We really appreciate our residents and look forward to making Ashley Mill a pleasureable Home for You!

This review was posted by a representative of ashley mill!! Why were they allowed to change their own ratings like this? Perfect rating on everything? Why is this the only review that claims thus? The new management is much worse than the old. In the time they have been in charge of things, the general feel of the community has gone from a nice place to projects! The new management destroyed the community! Most of the good people that were here when I got here are moving out or have already done so. I am following them and moving as well. The place is not safe. Office staff are unhelpful at best and rude and insulting the rest of the time (especially the new property manager). The call center can't actually do anything. They can't even handle a simple maintenance request and there is nowhere to go to complain about the new management. There is nobody on charge of the lynde company to talk to about violations of lease agreements. None of their facilities can even pass their inspections on the first try. The place is much worse than it has even been and I have lived in the area for years before I moved in (just before the new management). Avoid this place at all costs.
