my boyfriend lives at ashley mills and has had nothing but problems ever since He signed his lease. The second pool was never opened. the lake has tables & chairs and God only knows what else in it. The water only stays hot for 5 mins So when i visit I have to finish washing my hair in freezing cold water. OH and his electric bill has been out of the universe last motnh his bill was 690 almost $700 mind you its only a 1 bedroom NO TV, only a laptop and 1 floor lamp and the usual standard appliances fridge washer dryer,etc.. there is no way in hell this is possible in this small of a space unless there is something wrong with the way the AC/ Air is hooked up. and mind you this is winter time. summer bills are suppose to be more right.. well summer time is about the time he moved in and each months bill's were above & between $300 to $550 a month CRAZY.. I have spoke to HVAC tech's and they have told me there is definetly something wrong with the way the units are hooked up.. Now I'm seeing a Bunch of folks moving out because they cant afford the electric and the rent. (HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT YOUR ELECTRIC BILL IS MORE THEN RENT' IT'S NOT A COENSADENCE THAT MORE THAN 3 PEOPLE, POSSIBLY MORE ARE HAVING THE SAME ISSUE!) there was a fire last week or so because someone was using candles for lights and a candle fell over causing a fire.SAD... Maitnance came out the other day confirming that there is something wrong with the way the units are wired I have it In writing!I just want to know who else is or has had this issue.. can we all say POSSIBLE CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT!!! please email me if you have proof that your electric bills have been sky high that means you lived on the property and your bills were over just rediclious! MUST HAVE VALID PROOF... email to mzbellaj@yahoo.com we refuse to pay another $600 electric Bill.. but other then these issues the NEW People they have in the office aren't so bad and the new Maintnance guy is very knowledgable and is trying his best to get problems solved. I have noticed a change not a drastic one but at least there trying.. oh and the gym is a peace of ---- CAN YOU GET MORE THEN 1 WORKING PEICE OF EQUIPMENT!!! BUT OTHER THEN THAT ITS COOL...
