Hope You Don't Have An Emergency Problem

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
 
Lost my heat this evening, the overnight low will be around 25, and will not be getting anything fixed until sometime tomorrow. The maintainence personel can't do their job without calling a supervisor who never answers his phone. And the 877-LYND-RES number is a joke. Their staff is rude and has no IDEA how to treat people. Thank God I am moving.
