Hi Management attempted to evict us for reasons that were not factual. After sending them a letter. They retracted the eviction. Please review my letter to Management and their Corporate Office.

Attention Community Manager:
Attention Regional Service Manager:
Dear Management
This letter is in regards to the letter that you placed on our door. August 18, 2009. You stated you have received several complaints from the neighboring tenants about trash left in the breezeway. You used the word in a plural form "neighboring tenants".
I honestly believe that is a lie. Please see attached photos of several tenants who have trash sitting in their breezeway. What proof do you have that we do.
You mentioned in your letter about the unsanitary living conditions of my boyfriends pet on the patio. You know for a fact as well as your staff know that our dogs are not on the patio at all. Which you confirmed to my boyfriend and I a month ago. However please see the attached photos of other dogs on other tenants patios.
Management, In your letter you stated that you have made efforts to resolve the issues with us. Not once have we received a written complaint from your office regarding these issues.
Yesterday you told my boyfriend on the phone that it's his dog whose responsible for using the restroom around the community. Do you realize there are over 20 dogs in this community. He takes his dog to the appropriate area to potty. What gives you the right to place that blame on him. We have never been cited by your staff for not picking up after the dogs. Never!!
We have never been cited or billed for any damages done to the patio due to any dogs.
Also in your letter you state "We regret having to take these measures, however, the health, well being and living conditions of our other residents is important as well."
If thats the case why is there a nest of rats located at the trash area. Please see attached photos
Management im not sure if your aware of the Health Code Violations that your promoting cause we are. As well as our neighboring tenants.
This has been brought to your attention on several occassions. Yet and still you do nothing about it. So, are you sure your concerned about "the health, well being and living conditions of our other residents is important as well."
Rats bring diseases. Several tenants refused to take their trash at night for fear of getting bitten by the rats.
You told my boyfriend who is not on the lease that if he was to give your office a computer and monitor the fitness center you would deduct 150.00 from the rent. Your staff has also requested ethernet cords for the computers in the office and technical assistance free of charge. We agreed because we felt it would stop your constant harrassment.
We have never been late on our rent
We have never had the police called to our home
You have never recieved a complaint about us being noisy.
Property Manager what is the problem'
Please take this letter as formal notice to retract you letter of eviction within the next 24 hours.
If we cant get this resolved. We'll have no choice but to notify our Attorneys and file a lawsuit against you, Ashley Mill Apartments and the Lynd Company.
You have made several statements to me and my boyfriend "Please dont make me use my hand"

"And you better believe they retracted the Eviction" Reviewers PS.Management is known to loose your rent. They lost ours and attempted to charge us for their mistakes. They will tell you they have 2 pools. I promise you they only keep one open. The other is only used to attract tenants. The Gym only has One treadmill. The other equipment is broke and sits there for display. The Gym is a hangout spot for teens. Wonder why the Machines are broke. There are more roaches then tenants. They say they have a courtesy officer. WOW!! where is he or she!! If there is a courtesy officer.How come he doesnt catch the weed smokers and people having sex at the Lake @ around 10 at night. I promise you. Go by the lake in the am and count the condoms in the area.NASTY!!!!!!! Courtesy Officer. Where!! If they have one then why all the breakins. Who upkeeps the Lake. It looks like a public dump.
Maintenance is VERY GOOD. I have to give them that... ITS MANAGEMENT YOU HAVE TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT.

Hey there i would find another place to rent.This place is in the hood. Its dirty, its full of bugs. Nobody takes care of anything. Management will get back to you whenever they feel like it. They just don't care. I do not recommend this place at all!!!

I've live there before and they really should tear this place down. It is so nasty and not worth the amount of rent they are asking for

The complex is currently under investigation by American Red Cross and FEMA for scamming and overcharging flood victims. How low can you get, when you try to scam and overcharge flood victims.
