Moved here 3 yrs ago -- couldn't afford better. Once inside the apartment, OK. But getting there is scary -- roaming kids, adults sitting on cars and drinking, unleashed dogs, broken down vehicles, security lights that don't work.
Also, no insulation. I can hear neaighbors kids screaming. Barking dogs outside. Phone ringing in next door apt.
Been through three -- yes, 3 -- managements. No improvement. Sour, grumpy office people.
Maintenance is a joke. I may as well use duck tape.
Can't wait for lease to end.
