I highly recommend that you AVOID this place by any means necessary!
Austin Creek LLC should have been out of business and/or condemned by now!
I ve lived here for 7 months and have had to move to 3 different apartments because of various problems.

The apartments:
-old and falling apart
- newly renovated is a LIE. They simply repainted the bath tubs and added refurbished appliances. The paint will chip off the first time you try to clean the tub.
-Ridiculously small bathroom (you have to almost step in the tub to get out)
-The air-conditioner, water heater, and dishwasher will probably stop working in a few weeks if they aren t broken yet. (And they won t fix it within 4 weeks trust me).
-infested with cockroaches insects (even after weekly pest control).
-overpriced for their size (I highly recommend The Falls at Sope Creek if you re going to SPSU. They re much larger cheaper.)
-walls have no insulation (you ll be paying almost twice as much for electricity during the summer/winter)
-thin walls (you can hear everything from your surrounding neighbors)
-located near Dobbins AFB train tracks (noise, noise, noise!)
-COBB COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH CLOSED THEIR POOL. (Considered unsanitary and unsafe for human use!)
-very unsafe (There have been several break-ins at gun-point in the past year. And there s plenty of sketchy people wandering through the neighborhood at times since there s a lot of foot traffic to/from the Cobb bus station.)
-half of the parking lights work
-there's plenty of spaces because no one lives here
-there's not enough trash dumpsters. Sometimes the parking lot will be full of trash.

The management maintenance staff:
-extremely negligent (I hear nothing but lies from them)
-understaffed for apartments in this poor condition
-will not repair anything in a timely fashion (they will say that they ll get right to it yet it will take them 5-6 weeks before anything gets accomplished)
-They're NEVER in the leasing office (and thus the exercise room and computer lab are always closed. They're a joke to begin with anyways).

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING BUT MONTHS OF AGGRAVATION!
