I wish someone had warned me before i moved in, this place is the pits !! I have lived her for almost 2 years and it has gone from bad to worse in that short span of time ... management is changed so often that when you walk in the office to give a complaint or fill out a maintainence request you ddont know who it is you are leaving it with. the only real constatn in that office is Jessica and she is ok . besides the management, it seems like this place is soo desperate to fill apts that they are letting anyone in. it went from a relativly quite place to hearing occasional gunshots.. cops speeding in chasing poss criminals, and random cars flying into the complex to avoid the check points the cops sometimes set up further down bentley rd. I was standing outside my apartment one night and 3 cops and 2 sheriffs came up to us and started grilling us about some person who lived across the lot after telling them we didnt know the cops saw my husband come out of the house and they began grilling him about if he lived there or not even after we told them that he did. every month you come home to a note on your door with a new rule added to your lease we have a pool but you cant swim in it on certain days (adult days , kid days adult swim night ) we have a security gate that is a joke.. it is always broken and when they receieve enough complaints they come in and try and patch it together , i say patch because it is never still active whe nyou wake up in the morning.. the apts themselves are horrible i know several people who had to move because their apartments had leaks in the roof which swelled the walls so bad that the doorjams no longer fit right ... and their carpets had mold mildew and some unidentifiable fungus growing on them.. the general maintainence sux i had a problem w/ my ac that was never fixed.. my electric bill sky rocketed and all they would do is tell me run it for 2 days and it should be fine, meanwhile i was spending most of august and sept w/ no ac. I receieved a notice to renew my lease and low and behold a new rule we will now pay for water .. and children are now only allowed to play in the tot lot (which is out by the non working gate in the front of the complex or in the apt.. yeah ok .. there is a group of teens who troll the community at night and we supposedly have a patrol watching the community all in all this place is not at all what it seems so dont be fooled !!!! come and see the complex at all hours and talk to the people who live her before you rent here !! i WILL NOT be renewing my lease ..
