Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I lived at Autumn Chase for two years(2003-2005). Don't be fooled be the square footage and the price. The apartment is old, and it shows. Our power bills were always extremely high. The management, at the time, was absolutely horrible. The gate never worked. It took forever for maintenence to fix anything. Too many bad kids running around. My car was broken into on the 3rd night after we moved in. Of course management could do nothing about it. We are moving back to the area, after a two year stint in South Florida, and when I found this apartment on this site, and read some of the positive reviews, I had to A)laugh out loud, and B)post my thoughts. I would NEVER consider living at Autumn Chase again!
