This place if awful,we moved in 7 months ago...from up north,and we have been had,the property manager said that there were no roaches...there is nothing but roaches,and they are big,and there are alot of dirty cats,that smell like pee,and ----.The maitnence men steal your stuff,(they broke into my safe)as if I would not know,they thought it was money in their,but only important papers to me(INSURANCE,BIRTH CERTIFICATE,ETC.,).It was a fire proof safe,not a big safe like the one's at someone's house,so they are dumb.,the place has alot of suspect people to,if you move to atlanta.....DO NOT RENT ANYTHING ON FRANKLIN ROAD,THAT'S WHY THE RENT IS SO CHEAP.We also,heard several gun shots,and thought we were under attack.

we live here too for the last 4 years . the apartment complex is like little mexico now.The roachers are plentiful also and pest spraying doesent make much difference. The charges for water and sewage are outrageous. The management people seem very nice and helpful.There is no rodent problems due to the heavy cat population.Over all it is a decent place to live dueto the presence of the helpful marietta police force.
