after reading all those reviews i really didnt want move here. but when we saw the apartments we changed our minds. they are nice and bright and whats more important: spacious! we live in a 2bedroom, 1.5 bathroom and its nice and cosy.

it is true that there is a cockroach problem here. but you can talk to the staff of the leasing office and they can put you on the weekly pest contol list. (thursdays) also if you keep your apartment clean and get enough fresh air in it the problem is solved soon. (in my case anyway)

yes, the walls are thin, but with common sense and respect to your neighbours everything should be fine. if not there is always the marietta police who is more than willing to help out...;-)

it also is true that there is a lack of communication between the staff and the contractor companies. you have to repeat your requests many many times before something actually happens but i know that they only have 2 or 3 mainentance gyus here and concidering the amount of apartments and the problems...please be patient. they work as hard as they can! (as well as the office staff)

i never experienced problems with criminality on franklin road but thats maybe because i either wok in the evening or use my car or dont go out after dark.

i can only recommend this complex. it is nice and clean and looks inviting. they do an constant effort to keep it that way. also it is close to downtown and its great for everybody who doesnt want to spent a fortune on a townhouse.

IT IS GOOD TO READ REVIEWS BUT PLEASE DONT PREJUDGE THIS COMPLEX. IT IS REALLY NOT AS BAD. GO AND LOOK FOR YOURSELF AND THEN BUILD YOUR OPINION.
