I currently live at the apartment complex. I really enjoyed living there at first, but not I regret every moving here. The front gate never works, something the trash is not picked up on time, and you have to call the leasing office several times to get a job done.
I had a small flood inside of my apartment closet this February. The carpet was soaked with water and it smelt horrible. I call the apartment complex for 11 days before the problem got fix. When I call to report the problem Amy in the office state that I was making the whole thing up. She had to come and see the leak herself and this was day 10. A pipe burst in the apartment above me and leaked into mines for almost 2 weeks and the maintenances team claimed they did not know they thought they fixed it. They did not provide me with a new place to stay, and the apartment manager promised to reduce my rent for one month to make up for the suffering I had to endure. The apartment manager (Chris) decided not to reduce my rent because he claimed I refused the offer, but he did tell me himself he had one of the people from the office tell me after I call sever time for the pass two month. Every time I go to the office he is never there. I had to call several time to get my fire extinguisher changed, the maintenances people took it and it took three months to get a new one. The apartment manager Chris blames everything on Amy, and Amy blames everything on him. Now I have to call the district manager (which is Chris s boss to get anything done.
I really enjoyed this apartment when I move here. I never had any real problems except for that one. Other people in the complex have told me their horror stories but I could believe they would be so cold, until I saw it for myself. The apartment really is a nice place to stay, in a great shopping area, friendly neighbor, and great kids. The apartment is also expanding. I just can t continue to stay at a place where I can t trust the management. That is the easiest way to make a good apartment bad.

Sorry, but it sounds to me like maybe Azalea wants you to move. Sometimes I think apartments do this when they don't want certain people in their complex. They can't discriminate, but if they give people a rough time or don't respond the way they should, it will make the people get mad and go. Just my opinion.

I no longer live at the apartment but I did have a situation when I moved out in July with my deposit refund. It was less then the amount it should have been. I contacted the main office and they gave me the entire amount I was entitled to. The process was quick and painless. I am not saying that the apartment are great, but the way they handled the situation shows that they are trying, and they do have new management.
