As always, I appreciate when somebody takes the time to complete an apartment rating feedback form. However, I really think that these forums are intended for residents of apartment complexes, not those who are about to live there. It's kind of like receiving marriage advice from an engaged couple. I'd be interested in hearing your comments after you have lived in this complex for a year or so. Hopefully, you'll be as enthusiastic about it as you are now.

I agree. As a person who is out looking for apartments, I need to see what the people who live there and have been living there for some time have to say. Of course it will be a good review if you haven't moved in yet. You are excited about getting a new place. However, you don't know enough about the daily living conditions to provide any real advice for someone that is researching new places to live.
