I have lived at Azalea springs for just over 6 months, and when I moved in I was very excited. I had heard many good things about this community and I hoped I could make a wonderful home here. However, since moving in I have been overall fairly disappointed. There is a gate across the entryway which is usually broken and thus wide open. I have had to have the exterminator out at least 9 times over my six months (and I try not to be a slob, i get cranky if i leave dishes in the sink overnight). The car wash was attacked (the side of the building ripped down and there was caution tape up around the area) and then not repaired for almost 2 months. I have been told by other residents about a good number of breakins and several assaults. Lastly, price per square foot they are expensive, even for this area.

Despite this, up until the point I announced I was leaving I would still have recommended this community. The people are very friendly and the pool is nice and clean. It is a wonderful location and every time i went into the office they immediately asked if i needed the exterminator again. However, upon my notice to move out I was shocked by the sudden change in the management. Whereas before they had been distant but friendly in a professional manner, now they became snappish, downright rude, and quite frankly they were insulting to me. I have never had anyone in the customer-service field speak to me like that and I was completely appalled.

I live at Azalea Springs and there are problems I have every now and then, just like any where else. In my past experiences, any issues I had were immediately taken care of my the office. They are very accomodating and keep the community very clean! I can't wait until the Computer cafe and movie theater open, which should be shortly. Some people have bad experiences, but mine has been great so far. I say some see for yourself! :)
