thank god i only have a 6mth lease!! i have only lived here for a month and i am already looking for another apt! the jury is def out on "luxury living" at azalea springs!! when i first open the door, the trouble began. the apt smelled horrible, stains were on the rug, the stove is ancient and broken, and there was a giant roach in the tiny closet in the master bedroom!! u have to go to the office 8 million times and harrass them to come fix anything, and if maintainance comes when u are sleeping or simply dont hear a knock at the door, they first try to come in(even when instructed to please call first). my roommate actually exited the shower to find a man in the kitchen replacing a light bulb! or they CLOSE OUT the order if no one is home, because apparently the problem is fixed. not to mention our apartment is INFESTED with roaches!!! when we first moved in i turned on the stove, and they came crawling out of the burner!! whenever i am up late at night, i sit watching tv with my can of RAID because i will usually see at least two, even when the kitchen is clean an the trash is taken out. one of our toilets does not work. someone came and PLUNGED it and said it was fixed. i dont think it would have been a problem if plunging was the answer!! the spray on ceiling in our master bathroom falls off a little each day. there is horrible noise from the neighbors and mass of unsupervised kids all over!! need i go on' dont move to azalea springs!!!!
