This community isn't bad, but there are some pretty strong issues. The apartments are way overpriced for what you get, the "ammenities" are only available during office hours, and the two girls in the office are girls. The girls are loud, immature, and unprofessional, and the only one who is works part-time. They seem incapable of dealing with issues and/or conflicts. The maintenance staff takes days to fix anything (or even to come by), the property doesn't get cleaned well each morning from the one maintenance guy. It isn't well lighted either. It isn't as bad as some others that I've seen, but it isn't worth the price.

well, I say that I drove by to check this place out. 1st, the gate was broken and people were coming in/out of the exit gates that were open. Gates are a joke anyways imo. 2nd, I agree with the girl in the office. Seemed to be a little lackinng in professional skills somewhat. They really needed more staffing in there. Now, I arguw with the reply above about the ammenities, MOST apartments typically do close them down after business hours, which makes sence. The clubhouse and pool area was very nice. I am still shopping around, I want a confident and professional office staff to deal with. Per the reviews here, makes me do some more thinking.
