I moved here sight unseen about seven months ago, and have been terribly disappointed ever since. This apartment community lacks management and professionalism. Rather than actually deal with situations the girls in the office avoid them. Case in point the leasing office amenities (which are only available during office hours) are now locked so that the children in the area don't use the cocoa machine. So now the kids can't come in, but neither can the paying adults. I am inconvenienced every day just to use the internet cafe. This place is going down hill very quickly - people are leaving in droves, and no changes are being made to keep the good residents that are still here. You can get a lot more for your money and have to put up with less crap and childish behavior. Another thing to think about before moving in is that the pricing doesn't make any sense and is very fishy. My rent is $700 yet I pay a different amount each month and their reasoning for that doesn't make sense.

I would just like to say I am glad that the back door is key access only now. The clubhouse is for adults. Children are allowed only if THEIR parent is present. I cannot tell you how many time I was tryin to work on my laptop or enjoy some time with a few friends and I have seen kids throwing hot cocoa all over the club house. spilling it on chairs and all over the machine itself. They do not belong their without a parent anyway! we are not by an means locked out. there are 4 doors that go to that building 2 emergency exits and 2 entrances. The one is on key access so that random people and messy children are not using the amenities. The fact is we have a great clubhouse and neighboring apartment complexes have residents tryin to use our things. This is why it's restricted now. Do you want to wait in like to play pool after someone who doesnt live there? I certainly don't. The only "amenity" that closes after business hours is the clubhouse. While i would love to be able to play some pool late at night, you have to understand that ALL of our information is in the office. the hours are there to protect our information. I'm not saying I like it, but I am saying I understand. As far as the rent changing, I have called about this as well because I saw a small increase in my bill the last few months. Both women said it was because water and sewer in Cobb County went up over 26% and the office was not informed of this change. They also offered to sit down with my ledger and explain to me why I am charged what I am and where my account stands. This is also why the statement that we get in the mail is broken down as much as it is. so we know what our money is going.
