Dear Azalea Springs, GO AWAY!!

It's been almost 6 months since I moved away from that place and still, the management of Azalea Springs haunts me!! I'm beginning to think it'll take an exorcism to get the ghosts of Amy and Kristina to go away. Just when I thought I was free and in the clear, I get a call from who other than... Amy, to inform me that I had an unpaid balance on a bill (which I had not seen) for move-out cleaning (which Kristina had assured would not happen). Am I surprised' Not at all. Just another example of how these people and this apartment complex lack basic management and business skills and will continue to harass even the best tenants until there s nobody left. What the management of Azalea Springs fails to understand is that although housing is a necessity, living at Azalea Springs is NOT. I can't name one person who was a returning customer to Azalea Springs because of this. Management, you can't be rude and snotty to your residents/customers and expect them to keep coming back for business or even suggest your business to others. Do this enough and you end up with a bad reputation and poor ratings; hence your current 40% approval rating. I ll pay this ridiculous little fee if it ensures that I never see that phone number flash across my caller ID again. Next step is a restraining order I guess.

I have been a resident here for 5 years and there has never been a month I didn't get my statement. Usually it comes around the 18th. If there is an issue with the post office not delivering it, the girls up in the office have nothing to do with that, the post master does. I also have seen all 3 ladies calling the soliciters asking them to no longer come to the property. They can't go to every apartment and remove fliers as they are put in doors. Everyone is human and makes mistakes, but I have never had a lease issue. I did however have to come in when they added a page to the lease just informing people about renters insurance... All three ladies care, and they deserve better review than they are getting.
