I LIVED AT AZALEA SPRINGS FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS AND EVERYTHING WAS JUST FINE. THE LADIES AT THE OFFICE WERE VERY PROFESIONAL TO ME THEY WERE ABLE TO EXPLAIN TO ME IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS OR QUESTIONS WITH JUST ABOUT ANYTHING AND I DO UNDERSTAND THE POLICY'S OF THEIR COMPANY SUCH AS OFFICE HOURS AND ALL THE THINGS THEY DO TO PREVENT THINGS FROM HAPPENING (AND MESSING UP THEIR OFFICE). WE DID HAVE CRIME WHILE I WAS THERE BUT THAT HAPPENS EVERYWHERE YOU GO THIS DAYS SPECIALLY WITH THIS SCREW UP ECONOMY AND I DON'T BLAME THE COMPANY OR THE LADIES AT THE OFFICE FOR THAT ITS JUST LIFE AND HIGH CRIME WILL OCCURE IN AREAS WHERE THEY KNOW THAT PEOPLE PAY GOOD MONEY FOR A DECENT PLACE TO LIVE. THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE IS THAT THERE WERE FEW PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE THAT USE DRUGS AND THAT IS NO GOOD AND I KNOW THIS FOR A FACT BECAUSE I SAW THEM DOING IT. ( A BIG WHITE GUY THAT DRIVES A CADILLAC SUV AND HIS POT AND CRACK HEAD FRIENDS, A GUY THAT DRIVES A WHITE OR CREAM CAR WITH NEW YORK TAG AND ANOTHER DUDE THAT WORKS FOR UPS AND I THINK THE LAST TWO LIVE IN BUILDING 31 )
IF THEY CAN GET RID OF THESE PEOPLE THE PROPERTY WILL BE JUST FINE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GOOD AND THE PLACE IS REALLY NICE.

If you know that drug use or dealing is going on, then CALL THE COPS & REPORT IT! You can insist on anonymity, but give the cops all the info about these dudes that you can. Once the cops raid them & arrest them the management will have the ammo to evict them.

all ready try.. spoke to one of my family members that works for the ( DEA) and also couple of friends that work for the (GBI) and ( COBB COUTY POLICE DEPT.) and they all told me that is no way in hell that they are gonna bust few crack head for using it and besides since the ladies at the office were really nice to me i don't want to get them in trouble since one of the dudes is the heavy set girl ( the works at the office ) boyfriend and the dude with the suv is whom keeps the manager company at night... so good luck if you live there.
