Rose Park is more like Public Park. Living at Rose Park has been a nightmare for the following reasons:

1. You can hear your neighbors slamming kitchens cabinets through the paper thin walls.

2. Sounds like Niagra Falls through the walls when someone flushes a toilet.

3. Lousy maintenance, you might get your problem correctly resolved after your 4th call.

4. No where to park. The parking lot is full of abandoned vehicles.

5. The multi-purpose court is really a basketball court, and in the summer time you will wonder if you live in public housing.

6. Poor construction, and electrical problems.

7. How about the ridiculous $30 a month water bills (for one bedroom). You are paying for water for the building usage.
Also, if you hear the name ARGEN, run.

8. Plenty of animals roaming around unleased or owner present. This is like Zoo Atlanta.

9. Residents hang multiple sheets, comforters, rugs, and just about anything else over their baloncies. But that's ok with management.

10. You will get tired of throwing away the menus away that the solicitors leave on your
door.

11. If you need the courtesy officer, good luck.

12. High management turnover.

13. Last, but not least, if none of the above matters to you, there are plenty of vacancies at this place.

I hope this is enough information to let you know that you would not want to never, ever, ever, live at Rose Park.
