Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
i've live at Rosepark for 4 yrs now. We are moving to buy a house now, but if you have to live in apartment, Rosepark was fine. my neighbors were nice and the complex has pretty flowers. that maintenance man moves kinda slow, but they always fixed stuff when they said they would fix it. The price of the apt was ok too.
