They make it look so nice when you first come in to check the comunity. But once you're in, they try to make things as difficult as they can. They are not willing to work things out with tenents. Leasing office staff very unprofessional and rude.
Neighbors doing drugs behind buildings at night, gate never working, people througing trash on grounds, strangers walking on the premisses late at night. A lot of solicitors.
There's only one thing I don't regret: having the opportunity to move out and never come back.
Before making a decision of choosing this property, try to talk to someone that lives here, don't make the same mistake I did! Or try the Hamptons next door, I know people that live there and are really happy.

I think the staff at Rosepark is the nicest around, and the landscapeing is great, and i never see weird people walking around, EVER! Love this place!

I agree with the staff being rude, landscaping is great, however I always see trash. Do they have a groundsperson.

This place is really bad! Seriously people, where have you lived before? Maybe management changed and a few things did too. Gate never worked, grounds were dirty, Karen in the office, very fake and she can be very rude - she is a passive agressive! Don't let them fool you!
