I have to say that this has been a mostly pleasurable experience. The apartments are huge, the layouts are nice and I haven't had any problems with bugs, neighbors or maintenance for the past year or so.

Also, the office Manager, Beth - I'd like to adopt her into my family, she has been the BIGGEST help and the best apartment manager I've experienced! Seriously, she is always willing to do what she can to help you out and if she doesn't know the answer, she will find out. (I can't stand people that just blab out an answer knowing damn well they don't know what they are talking about. Karen, another apartment manager is ok, you just have to catch her on the right days. Sometimes she seems like she just doesn't want to talk to you. Harriett (which is not what we call her, lol... but I'll keep that to myself) is a complete nightmare. I won't even go into the office if she's there. She unapproachable and usually unhelpful.... her attitude is just stank.

The maintenance staff is great, if there is a problem, they can usually fix it the first time and usually within 24 hours. They are wonderful!

The front gate is broken a lot, but most apartment complexes have this issue. Really, these gates weren't meant to open every 2 minutes 500 times a day. I think the traffic is too heavy for the gates, but I've felt that way about every gated community I've lived in. Personally, I could care less if the apartment complex is gated or not.

Anyway, overall, I have enjoyed my time here and will more than likely continue to stay here until I decide to purchase a house sometime in the future.
