When I first moved in here 2 years ago (when it was still rose park) the rent was cheaper and there were a lot less kids running around like animals in the parking lot. It has been more than one occation when I have almost hit them with my car. The walls are thin, the neibours are rude, & junk is left all over the stairways. You would think parents would know how to control their children... I think that they actually tell them to play in the parking lots so that they don't have to deal with them inside the apartment. I have finally gotten use to the music and base and learned to fall asleep to the pictures on my wall shaking. This place has gone downhill since I have moved in and CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE OUTTA HERE ASAP!!!
