NO!, MAY LOOK NICE ONLINE BUT DON'T FALL FOR THE LIES

let's just make a list... first the pros:
1. few bugs
ok now the cons:
1. neibours are HORRIBLE
2. kids sit/ride bikes in parking lot
3. kids leaning against your cars
4. parents not caring or doing anything about their wild children
5. kids leaving toys/garbage/food all over stairway
6. dogs barking ALL the time
7. walls are HOLLOW, i can hear my neibour using the toilet ALL the time!
8. my closet smells like a food kitchen thanks to my neibours
9. the front gate takes HOURS to finally open up to get into my own appartment
10. not the safest place to live (trust me, nothing else needs to be explained)
11. NEW MANAGEMENT IS UNFRIENDLY AND NO HELP WHATSOEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
12. number 11 is a BBBBBBIIIIIIIIGGGGGGGGGG warning sign
13. the dog below me is having a barking fit while i type this
14. ******not all the appartments are renovated but you will be paying the price as if you live in one*************** i pay the same cost for the old model
15. and if you think you can park your car in front of your own appartment... you are in for a shock... the kids own the parking lot, and it is more of a parking spot for their bikes, skateboards, toy guns, and scooter toys
16. watch out when you walk from your car to your appartment to not step in dog crap that is not picked up!
17. ohhh last but not least... if you are a woman that wants to tan at the pool prepare yourself to be watched by management & splashed by kids
To sum it up... I'M A STUDENT LIVING WITH A ROOMMATE AND WILL NEVER PAY THESE PEOPLE ANYMORE OF MY MONEY!!! I AM NOT PAYING MONEY TO BE TREATED LIKE ---- FROM THIS NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
BEWARE OF THE 2 AND 3 BEDROOM APPARTMENTS, THE ONE BEDROOM MIGHT NOT BE AS BAD AS THESE ARE!!
RUN AWAY.. FAR FAR AWAY!!! YOU CANT SAY I DIDNT TRY TO WARN YOU, FOR THE PRICE YOU ARE PAYING HERE YOU CAN GO TO THE HAMPTONS NEXT DOOR FOR A BIT MORE (AND IT HAS HARDWOOD FLOORS & BETTER NEIBOURS)!!!
