I moved here when it was Rose Park because I wanted a garden tub. When I moved in, the staff, one lady in particular was VERY nice and VERY helpful. Within a few months, Rose Park was bought out by Bellingham and everything went downhill(even more so) from there. The grounds are NOT kept up, the same bag of garbage has been resting under a bush for going on two months now. There are kids running around everywhere, shooting off pellet guns and causing the police to be called. The staff is rude, one person in particular, stay clear of the office on the left, she never has ANYTHING nice to say. They have a skanky woman employed to walk around and pick up garbage, but she has failed to see the garbage bags lying around because she spends too much time talking and lying. The pool is NEVER clean and full of brats screaming and splashing. There has been reports of homeless people walking around in the middle of the night. The exit gate has been broken and locked going on a year now and you pay money for a gated community that rarely works. I have lived in two places in New Orleans that would get a better rating than this place. Save your time, save your money for sure and look just a little bit longer. There are better places out there, this place is in no way worth the money!!!!!!!!!!!! I broke my lease just to get the hell out of here.
