When I was shown the display unit, I was told that all units had smooth top ranges like the one I was looking at. Then, when I inquired about units available, the sales representative misrepresented to me that I was renting an end unit with extra windows in the master bedroom. After signing the lease, I was given the keys to an interior unit with the lower grade coil burner range. Instead of having an end unit as Belmont Place's sales associates represented, I was put in an interior unit with 6 HVAC units outside of my bedroom window. When I brought this to the attention of management, the acting manager acted as if my issues were a personal afront to her and passed on the company line from the Regional Sales Manager for AIMCO (who apparently calls the shots) - she was saying that they were going to require early termination penalties because I had not had the sales associates' description of the unit in writing. It is awful that my move-in experience was met with management that makes their mistakes into my problems.

THE REASONS WHY THIS COMMUNITY HAS ISSUES IS BECAUSE EVERYONE HAS EITHER QUIT OR BEEN FIRED! ALL THE GOOD ONES LEFT, THIS COMMUNITY WILL BE SOLD TO NEW MANAGEMENT SHORTLY!
