Pros: Beautiful apartments, very well made. The grounds are very beautiful, the kid's park is new and very nice. There was an excellent event planner and a ton of things to do (brunch, movie night, etc.) However, this event planner is leaving, so I'm not sure if these events will continue. But, the evets have been my favorite thing. The staff is usually very nice and accomodating. There is a Starbucks coffee maker in the office that you can get free cofee from when the office is open. Also, sometimes there is a doorman to open the door which is pretty cool.

Cons: They have recently cut back their hours (now open 9-6 M-S and 12-5 Sunday). For most service calls they are fairly prompt, but we and several other tennants have had problems with ants. We went a month with no one fixing the problem. Then the Okrin guy just came and sprayed some chemicals on the floor. The ants came back, and we just live with them now! We have had some serious neighbor issues. You would think that in an expensive, upscale community, your neighbors would be classy. This is just not the case. I don't know if they cut the rate for some people to fill the apartments or what, but I've heard of arrests for lots of issues, and atleast one break in. From what I've heard, the management is slow to act on noise complaints, so if this bothers you, this isn't the place for you. Also, they "sell" very hard. You WILL be pressed into renting an apartment the same day, so be prepared. Also, they will call and hound you!

Overall: The is place is very nice, with some minor issues (noise, neighbors, etc.. However I would reccomend these apartments overall.
