Belmont is definitely a nice place to live. However, the space that you get for your money is definitely way too small. One of my biggest problems in Belmont is PARKING....Many times I have to park my car 100 to 200 feet away from my apartment....it is ridiculous sometimes, especially at night. Also, although the aprtments are beautiful, but I believe they are pricey for some people. I said some people because it's all about the SALES. Every salesperson will tell you something different. My friend lives in Hudson and I live in Hudson, but our rent is completely different. He pays $236 less than what I pay. It's all about who you salesperson is......But the apartments are Georgious
