I've read through the other comments & think they are way too harsh! There may have been problems in the beginning, but a new manager came on board almost a year ago & things have been great in the time I've been here. The new manager has really straightened things out in there! It was a total disaster before he came along. I've seen him in the office into the late hours of the night, so I know he works hard. Very little noise, beautiful pool/clubhouse area, & lots of fun events! Overall, Belmont Place is a great place to live! I highly recommend it!
