From the first day I should have known to run away... I went to look at floorplans, and the staff new nothing of the "specials" that were advertised on their front sign. I went ahead and put my name on a reservation list and when I came back to sign the lease, EVERYthing had been changed on me (i.e. date of move-in, floorplan, price, etc.) When I approached management about this, I was told nothing could be done and good luck finding another apartment. Every time I called and spoke with someone, the story constantly changed. On another note, I have been told off the record by a policeman (trying to keep this anonymous here) NOT to move into the apartments, as there is a tremendous amount of drug activity. Don't get me wrong, the apartments look great but the prices are sky-high and the management is horrendous. They attempt to do a great job herding you in to the apartments (although they could do better if they would keep their story straight and provide you with what you're paying for) but once you sign the lease the "customer service" ends and you are on your own. I did not even move in to the apartments but want people to know exactly what it's like behind the scenes. Keep in mind that people who post these reviews get nothing out of it but to help someone else. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere... you may not get fancy hardwoods, but you will get a better price and much, much better service.
