I've lived at Belmont a year now and I'm going to renew my lease. My son and I moved in here after my husband died in Iraq. It was really comforting coming here. I used to sleep next to a soldier, so I always felt safe. Living here without him I still feel safe with my son.

I love the girls in the office. Two of them have husbands overseas, so they understand what I went through and am going through. The other two are former military so they understand as well. I always stop by the see them because they really helped me through these hard times.

It's a beautiful community with flowers and green grass. My son and I love it here and found a lot of comfort in the friends we've made. I read this complaint about a 25% increase and my rent only went up $25.

Maintenance is wonderful! They came out to my apartment in the middle of the night because my son's hamster got out if its cage and was trapped. They saved little Carmel and my son was so happy.

I'm so happy this community is pet-friendly and has all dogs on leashes. In our old neighborhood a dog ran at my son and pinned him down and I've been scared other big dogs will scare him. We have a small dog my husband bought us to keep us company before he went back to Iraq and I'm glad the community let me bring him here. The dog is more than a dog, he's a member of the family without him it'd be like losing another member.

I love going to the events they have here. It's nice to do something without going out and knowing my son is in walking distance at home with a sitter.

I've had a great experience so far and expect it to continue.
