NIGHTMARE!

Where do I begin' This complex was the most disorganized thing I have ever seen. None of the office staff communicates with each other including the managers...and might I add there were numerous in the 2yrs that I lived there. One whom consistantly sexually harassed my roomate. When calls are placed to the district managers they are never returned...very unprofessional. Every time we spoke with a different office staff we heard a different story. Bugs we never ending...I placed work orders every other week to have sprayed for ants...spiders and beetles were a problem as well. Our apartment was broken into while my roomate was out of the country and the maintanence wouldn't even want to change the locks that night after the police left. Nor did management offer to do anything to make me feel safer...We were in the back of the building near the woods with no lights on the back of the building. They also didn't inform us that there had been other break-ins in other buildings as well. At one point there were homeless people sleeping in the gym and other areas. We broke our lease 3 months early to get out and when we turned in our keys no one notified us of fees due and we were turned into a collection agency without any notification such as a phone call or letter explaining the fees. I will NEVER live in an AIMCO property again...because it isn't just that complex...even the corporate management still hasn't returned my calls or emails!! WOW!! They sure know how to run a business and keep happy tenants huh'
