I 100% love Belmont and the staff! I have never lived in a nicer place. My neighbors that I have run into have been very nice. The staff is great, anytime I have an issue or a question everyone is more than willing to help me. They hold free social events at least twice a month at the very least, these range from free brunch every other Sunday to movie night or wine tasting. I have never had a bug in my appartment, everytime I have needed something installed, removed or fixed it has happened the same day or the next day. The matainance staff goes over and beyond their call of duty, I bought a water-filter and they offered to install it for me in the back of my refridgerator. There was an inccident of break-ins a couple months ago and I thought they handled it phenominally! They informed everyone of the break-in and held a safety meeting in the clubhouse with the officer who lives in the complex. They installed more lighting in the back half of the complex which is more wooded and they have ordered speed-bumps as well as gate-arms to stop people from following residents into the complex who dont belong. These have not been installed yet but I have every confidence that they will be soon. I have always felt safe living here. I love living at Belmont and could not ask for anything more.

This sounds like a typical response by the property management. I do not believe a word of it.
