The place is under new management, and they are making a serious effort to improve the quality of services at Belmont Place. The main efforts seem to be focused on community building, e.g. wine tastings, brunch, movie night.

Major improvements have also been made to the gates and security has been amped up significantly. Nonetheless, a man broke into one of the ground level apartments in July and attempted to rob the tenant at gunpoint. Still, unless there were a guard at the gate, I'm not sure security could be much tighter these days.

The parking situation isn't great, but it's not terrible either.

The workout room is painfully small and often crowded, but clean and kept up well enough.

I agree with most of the observations. The deceptive staff changes far too often to monitor/report their behavior. And, the rude national customer service personnel only refer you to the local management without concern for solving the issues-- never to return their promised call-back.
