Belmont place is a nice and attractive community.I think reviews here are really harsh on this community.Security is very good not at all a nightmare here,its a controlled access and the access cards are provided to the residents only who have submitted lease application.They keeps community clean.Appartments are very nice and attractive, washer dryer in every unit.The only complaint i have is they advertise hardwood floor but actually they don't have hardwood floor in all the appartemnts and also they don't have breakfast bars in all the appartments .so make sure before singing lease that u have them in yr floor plan or not if these are your priorites.As a whole its a really nice place to live
