Nice place to live in Iin Marietta GA

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
Ive lived in Belmont Place from 2007 till Feb 2009.Its a great place to stay.
Loved the appts.Great woodwork,and appliances are great too.They have microwave and washer dryers in all units so very convenient for families who travel a lot in US.
The staff is friendly.
Maintance is quick.
They have a decent gym. with latest equipments.
Did hold community brunches,wine tasting movie nights till last month,but it seems due to change of management or bad economy they are now quitting it.
Few slips in safety as Ive heard atleast 3 episodes of break inns.The latest in Nov 2008.So thats a minus.
They even a play area for small children.
Overall a very nice and comphy place to stay.
