Before renting here, please take into consideration how long you plan to be there, each year the rent hikes up quite a bit. Even this year, when many complexes are actually reducing their rates, Belmont is asking for a price increase.

Also note that the complex sits right under the flight path for Dobbins AFB landings, so there is a lot of airplane (LARGE PLANES) noise, if that is an issue for you.

There has been crime here, but there is crime everywhere. There was a shooting at the complex last year, although the management did share any information about it. If you are not familiar with the area, be careful of the nearby street by BP - it is basically full of cheap motels where all sorts of criminal activity occurs.

Also, Windy Hill can be dangerous with traffic for Pappasitos and Pappadeuxs across the street. There are major accidents out there regularly.

yes i m also the resident of belmont place..and what said above is all true..although i m not very sure about price hike my lease is going to end month.
