Most of them are owned by the same company
which isnt uncommon but I lived there for 3 1/2 years and there were atleast 2 murders one as of dec 05 so this was recentley.the maintence sucked they fixed nothing,only thing good I'd say is it was quiet depending on what part of the bldg you lived in dont waste your money find somewhere that's safe
and will atleast come and paint and do carpet maintence.

Expect a name change of the subdivision always after someone dies fire etc there's always a name change

I have heard that stated at North Bay when I rented. Management there considered GA-120 addresses as shady--and Delk Rd as way below that. What I saw of Moonraker Bay (later Highland Parc, prior to my move out) this was true. Basically, I rented at Moonraker because it allowed M2M from start--otherwise, I would have immediately gone elsewhere.
