I was robbed at gunpoint and had to pretty much beg the leasing office to alert the neighbors. When they finally sent out the notice, a week had already pasted. A few months later five cars were vandalized and the leasing office did not alert neighbors. I do not think it had much to do with Bentley Manor Apartments or ECI Management, it was living near Delk Rd. PLEASE do not move to this area! Stay far far way?? If I was not getting robbed at gun point, or my car was getting broken into, I had kids outside my door fighting, or my neighbors was outside my door drinking beer and smoking??. STAY CLEAR ! ! !
