The kitchen is the best feature, the bathroom is the best feature, the walk in closet is the best feature but you better love your neighbor. The walls in the master bedrooms are paper thin. I can hear what this "man" does every day and I have been "blessed" with someone who likes to party every weekend, in fact, it is 230AM and I have called the cops to take care of it-earlier-but nothing. Management, here, said that they would take care of it by ticketing the residence, but no one has done nothing about it. There are a few bugs, no one has done anything about it. And, if you need maintenance and have a leak that has control of 1/4 of the living room-be sure you sound really pissed in order for them to show up. I still have a spot on the wall from where they tried to fix it(two months ago), but no one came back to sand it down or I have had to fix things on my own since I knew that it was going to be a while before they decide to get over here. There is a trash problem, especially on Sunday morning. I have seen used condoms, bags, and other stuff just around (and I'm not an early riser, I wake up around 3PM...so...) I have been approached by weird males asking for money, and the "leash law" they have here doesn't exist since I live on the bottom and my neighbors decided to allow their dogs to take a huge dump and leave it in the front door. I keep to myself, and I'm a student...I don't complain...I take what I can take of it...and I don't get mad very easily...but, if you're reading this and wonder if this is a good place, re-read the facts and wonder if you can take it. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

I should have read this earlier... I moved in and severely dislike it for most of the reasons stated.
