The rates are good, the apartments are well maintained for their age. It is a small, quiet community will friendly neighbors and staff. The maintenance guys responded quickly and efficiently to any issue I have had with my apartment. The ladies in the office are friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond the normal to assist in any way they can with almost everything, from getting maps & directions off the computer, to helping with online bill pay, to looking up other informaiton on line, to making change for the laundry and most anything else within reason. When UPS brings a package and I'm not home, they sign for it, then call me to let me know it has arrived, then they will place it in my apartment if I won't be home before the office closes. They have VERY GOOD customer service. They work hard to make everyone feel special.....
