I lived here in 2001 and the first week was hell. I lived in one of the basement apartments that flooded during a rain storm. My furniture was damaged and the huge flying roaches/palmetto bugs came out in droves. I complained to the leasing staff and was moved to a better unit on the 2nd floor at another building within a week. Management paid for my moving company and everything.

At the second unit I never, ever, ever had any problems. The parking near my apartment was hardly available after 8pm but other than that I was totally satisified. I guess over the years the complex has been downgraded because in 2001 it was a pleasure living there.
